[b]The Opera Widget manager is a standalone application allowing you to organize and run widgets independently of the browser. The manager integrates with Opera’s distribution channel for widgets – widgets.opera.com – and responds to files with a .wgt extension.
The Widget manager brings widgets to the S60 platform at the touch of a button. The build does not include the Opera browser component – the build has been made available so that developers can test and build Opera Widgets even before our product hits the market.
Several new features have been added in this update. These include:
* Move widget: Sort your own widget list and put your widgets where you want them
* Send widget: Send your favorite widgets to friends using MMS, Bluetooth or IR (depending on what the phone supports)
* Support for Opera Dragonfly.
Installation instructions
1. Either: Download the S60 Widget manager package using the browser on your phone.
2. Or: Locate the installation file in the util/manager folder in the SDK package.
3. Send the file to your device using Bluetooth. This will open a dialogue as seen in Figure 3.
4. Run the installation. The Widget manager will now be available in your application grid.

Opera Announced Mini Browser For iPhone
The battle between the premier web browsers and Opera has heated up as the norway-based company has decided to launch its new Opera Mini 5 browser for the iphone. The announcement is most probably expected at the next week's 2010 Mobile World Congress (MWC) so iPhone users., get happy with the new upcoming Opera Mini 5 for their touch machines.
According to the Opera, the browser is capable to compress pages by upto 90 percent before they are sent to the mobile device. The attractive features like; a password manager, speed dial, tabbed browsing and a thumbnail page linked to your favorite websites will also be included in the new Mini browser.
Moreover another interesting thing is that they have added an Opera link feature so one can synchronize their speed dial page and bookmarks between Mini and Desktop browsers.
An Opera spokesperson said that the demo of Opera Mini for iPhone at the World Mobile Congress will only be open to journalists with press passes and partners of the company, the latest beta releases of Opera Mini and Opera Mobile for other portable devices will be shown to the visitors lately.
Analysts say that its very difficult to guess how much popular will it be among the iPhone addicted family. Therefore, iPhone users will be using the 5th version of ever famous red browsing thing very soon.
