This video feature is embedded within the fring application that enables free voice calls to other fring users, GTalk buddies as well as friends on regular phone lines via Skype-Out and hundreds of popular SIP services. Fring already provides a comprehensive set of voice and instant messaging communication options across a range of bearers and services (Google Talk, MSN/Live, ICQ, SIP, Yahoo, AIM, Twitter). Skype video calling is treated as an additional communication options, which can be chosen when you select a fring contact to call.

Skype’s new Beta v5.0 with Group Video Chat
Skype has released its latest beta version with lots of cool features. The special feature in it is its Group Video Calling. Yes, now you can see each other while talking in a conference.
The conference video calling feature is FREE at the moment till the stable version is out. Afterwards, you'll have to pay some bucks to use this feature. So Hurry Up! Before it's too late.
You can do video conference with 4 friends/family members at the same time. Each member will be able to see as well as talk to each other.
Currently Skype has released its beta version only for windows, so if you're on Windows, feel free to give it a try. Here's the LINK to download the beta version and enjoy free video conference.
The pricing plans for the video group calling has not been released yet, neither you need to worry about it as it's free at the moment.

Great news for our Android fringsters - only a few months ago fring’s launched its 1st Android version with the world’s 1st ever Skype VoIP calls and the version is quickly catching up with fring’s other leading platforms.
